Mr Chandrakant Mehta

I was born in Uganda and have lived and worked in Brighton as a businessman since 1969.

 



Over the past thirty years I have been actively involved within a number of voluntary & statutory organisations including the Gujarati Culture Society, EC member of VANIK Council UK, Ethics Minority Representative Council. I am currently a trustee and former Chairman of the Black Minority Ethnic Council Partnership, Brighton.

 


With my wealth of experience in supporting BAME rights in education, health, religion, culture and social matters, I will make a positive contribution in my role as an EC member of NCGO. 

 

I am confident that all the affiliated Gujarati organisations to NCGO in the UK will promote a lasting legacy of cultural richness in multicultural Britain.
